Texas Truck

Richard Gebhardt of Nashville, TN has owned this '64 Rampside for more than 20 years. I learned about the truck from Jeff Cohen, a member of the '65 Greenbrier registry from Dallas, TX. Richard lived in Flower Mound, TX when he purchased this Rampside.

Richard had the following to share about his truck:

"I bought it in 1982 from the son of the man that bought it in 1970. I don't have more history of the truck past this. The father used it in his appliance repair business, hence the origin of the steel plate that is welded in the floor of the bed. It made it easier to roll the hand truck into the bed loaded with an appliance.

I will send pictures when I can get it out of the garage."

We're looking forward to them, Richard! I also learned from Richard in February, 2008 that the truck is in for body work and paint!
