On Sunday, July 16, 2006, my car was back at the Forest Grove Concours for a repeat appearance. Because it won an award in 2005, the car was in the "display only" class. I really like that about Forest Grove—it gives others a chance to win.

And win a Corvair did! Clyde Rutherford won Class K-1 with his beautiful '63 Cordovan Brown Spyder convertible, seen in the far left of this photo. That makes three years in a row that a Corvair has won this class, starting with Bill Jabs' '66 Canadian Regal Red Corsa turbo coupe in 2004.

Also shown in this photo is Duanne Luckow's pretty '65 Mist Blue Corsa coupe.

These three cars, along with Kevin Willson's '65 Monza coupe, rendezvoused at Forest Grove in order to be shipped to Buffalo, NY for the 2006 CORSA International Convention.
