The report copies I received from Bob are at least third generation. Many of the pages are hard to read. Below is a sample page that is fairly legible.
This page gives information on the following options: power top (C06), heater delete (C48), rear armrests (D10), day/night inside rear view mirror (D31—standard in U.S. in '66), remote-control outside rear view mirror (D33—part of Z19 in U.S. in '66), body belt-line molding for two-tone paint (D99—not considered a RPO in the U.S.), and heavy-duty suspension (F41).
