Midwest Movin'

Spencer Duffey of Hamilton, OH is the proud new owner of this '65 Greenbrier. He bought it from Steve Lovejoy of Modesto, CA in October, 2002. Steve had the following to tell about the van in 1999:

"'Dan the Van' was purchased from the original owner in May of 1993. Dan has a 110 HP engine with a PG transmission. When we got Dan he had 43,000 miles and now has 63,000 miles on the odometer. The paint was thin from years of waxing so Dan was repainted the original colors in August of 1994. I installed 15x7 rims with 215/65-15 tires, new brakes and shocks, and a radio. The engine has been tuned up but has never been apart. Also added were 140 exhaust manifolds and a better flowing muffler.

This year I added some extra gauges in the center of the dash along with a Spyder dash."

I saw this rig right after Steve purchased it, at the San Jose national convention. It's a beauty, as these pictures attest!
